Access for everyone

A website designed to welcome every visitor.

We are committed to providing an inclusive digital experience for people of all abilities and to improving access whenever a barrier is identified.

Updated August 1, 2026

Our approach

Accessibility is part of the experience, not an afterthought.

We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA where reasonably possible and regularly review the site across desktop and mobile experiences.

Keyboard access

Navigation, forms, links, and primary interactions are designed to work without a mouse.

Clear structure

Semantic headings, labels, focus states, readable contrast, and responsive layouts support easier navigation.

Respectful motion

Animations honor reduced-motion preferences, and important information is not conveyed through motion alone.

Ongoing improvement

Accessibility work is ongoing. We test navigation, responsive layouts, forms, content structure, contrast, focus visibility, and reduced-motion behavior as the website changes. We also welcome feedback from the people who use the site.

Third-party services

Some links lead to services operated by other organizations, including the application and donation portals. We cannot control every part of those platforms, but we encourage our providers to offer accessible experiences and will help you find another way to complete a task when possible.

Need an alternative format?

If you cannot access information, complete a form, or use a feature, tell us the page or task involved and the format or assistance that would work best. We will make a good-faith effort to respond promptly.
